These terms govern your use of this website and, where noted, our services. By using the site or applying, you agree to them. The formal service agreement you sign as a client governs the details of any paid engagement, and it controls if anything here conflicts with it.
The Marketing Clerics operates this website and provides email marketing services for trades contractors. By accessing the site, applying, or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We offer the Stewardship Program, an annual email marketing engagement for contractors, and a one-time $599 trial send. We write, design, target, and send emails to your past customers on your behalf. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for paid work are set out in your service agreement.
The full Stewardship Program requires an active Housecall Pro MAX subscription and a past-customer list of roughly 500 or more. The $599 trial is available regardless of list size. You must be a business owner or an authorized representative, at least 18 years old, and able to enter a contract.
Applying does not create a binding engagement. We review each application personally and may accept or decline it. A paid engagement begins only when you sign the service agreement and complete payment.
The trial is a one-time fee of $599. The Stewardship Program is an annual engagement, sized to your business and typically around $15,000, paid upfront for twelve months. The trial fee is not credited toward the annual fee. You pay for your own Klaviyo email platform and your own Housecall Pro subscription directly to those providers. We provide and pay for the automation engine ourselves. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your service agreement.

Email marketing results depend on factors we do not control, including your list quality, your history with your customers, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue. We track and report what happens honestly, but we will never promise a result we cannot control.
The content, design, and code of this website belong to The Marketing Clerics. For clients, the email system, automation rules, and workflows we build for you are yours to keep after your engagement, as described in your service agreement. Your customer data is and remains yours.
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Housecall Pro, Klaviyo, Netlify, Resend, and Google. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or actions of those platforms. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The site and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Marketing Clerics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless your service agreement says otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
